Disc diffusr Installation

1 Overview 

1.1 Installation condition Temperature: > 5℃; Tank bottom elevation tolerance: ±10mm/10m. 

1.2 Inspection before installation Each diffuser, especially the membrane, should be inspected avoid any damage, and make sure the diffuser and clamp are tightly connected 

1.3 Installation preparation After main air pipe and branch pipe installed, input high-pressure air about 10min, clean the debris in pipel such as stones, wood chips in treatment tank must be removed,; then connect disc diffuser with branch pipe. Foreign materia 2 UD disc diffuser installation 

2.1 Positioning Holes diameter with 20mm/32mm should be bored just above the branch pipe , holes ceter must be at the same axis (max.deviation ±0.5mm)! Branch pipe and diffuser connection should be Calibrated both at horizontal and vertical. Only accurate positioning to make sure diffuser aeration in good condition. If hole diameter bored lager than 20mm/32mm, a seal ring should be used between the branch pipe and diffuser clamp. 

2.2 Installation UD aeration disc is threaded connection, hold disc and rotate to fastening. No lubricant! Caution: When fastening disc diffuser , no touch the membrane to avoid the damage. 

● If sealing is not uniform, it has to be fixed again
